Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

 All Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 Designs by Mysh ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation 

 You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 Designs by Mysh is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Lost Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged in transit or shows as delivered but you have not received it, you must file a claim with USPS and follow their guidelines for resolution. Occasionally, USPS packages are scanned as delivered prematurely and are delivered a few days later. Designs by Mysh is not responsible for lost items once they are shipped.
