Where It All Started

Growing up on a farm, animals were never just animals to me — they were family. That's a feeling that never left, and it's the whole reason Designs by Mysh exists. Your dog isn't "a dog" — they're your Bailey, your Max, your whole heart. That's what I try to capture in every sticker, keychain, and coaster I make: not just a breed, but your pet.

The Person Behind the Shop

I'm a proud Latina woman, happily married, and mom to two wonderful teenage daughters. Both of my girls have given me a unique perspective on life and a deep appreciation for the strengths and uniqueness in every individual — a lens that shapes how I see the pets (and people) I design for, too.

I work full-time outside of running this shop, and I find real joy in volunteering with the groups my daughters are part of — supporting their growth is one of my favorite parts of life.

When I'm not designing or packing orders, you'll find me in the garden, curled up with a book, or hanging out with my own furbabies (the original inspiration for all of this!). Being creative and crafty has always been how I unwind and recharge.

My identity as a Latina is an integral part of who I am — it shapes the warmth, color, and heart I try to bring into everything I make, from my art to how I treat every customer like family.

Why I Do This

Every piece in this shop starts the same way: with someone's pet, and the love they have for them. Whether it's a watercolor-style sticker of your chihuahua or a custom keychain that looks just like your cat, my goal is always the same — to make something that makes you smile every time you see it, because it's not just a pet. It's your best friend.
