Email a clear, well-lit photo of your pet to designsbymysh@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering (or attach it as a note at checkout)
We'll send a digital proof within 2-3 business days for your approval
Once approved, your magnet ships within 3-5 business days
Total turnaround is typically 5-7 business days from photo received to ship-out. Please double check your pet's photo is in focus and well-lit — clearer photos make for the best custom art!
